Grounds are beautifully maintained and inviting.
We experienced numerous issues throughout our stay. The staff's service was often inattentive and unhelpful, especially during our check-in when we were rudely told there were no rooms available. Our room was not properly prepared. We had to wait for essential items like towels and housekeeping, which should have been ready upon our arrival.

I recently stayed for two nights at a lovely hotel that offered an incredibly spacious suite with a separate kitchen and outdoor spa tub, which was perfect for relaxing after a day out. The swimming pool was a real treat in the hot weather, and the staff went above and beyond to be helpful, especially the supervisor at reception. The only downside was that the restaurant couldn't serve alcohol yet, which was a bit disappointing during our meal. Would definitely choose this place again for its excellent room and amenities!

The welcome was exceptional! even with a bus full of guests arriving at the same time. The suite we occupied was both comfortable and clean, with all amenities functioning well.
